Eliminating the primary root causes of your panic attacks is the first step to curing your panic attacks forever.

Usually when you first consult a psychologist or psychiatrist for your panic attacks, they will refer you to a hospital to have a full health checkup for any physical illnesses. If you have not gone for a full health checkup, I recommend that you do so.
