The Best Antidepressant?
The Best Anti-Anxiety Medication?

The Best Antidepressant?

Many people have asked me: "What's the best antidepressant for panic attacks?", "What's the best antidepressant for social anxiety?" or "What's the best anti-anxiety medication out there to stop panic attacks and anxiety?"

In many community forums, there are many different antidepressant recommendations. But do they work?

Please bear in mind that this article doesn't side against the antidepressant makers or their claims.

What's The Best Antidepressant?

I'm sure you have heard of these antidepressants:

  • Celexa
  • Cymbalta
  • Lexapro
  • Paxil or Seroxat
  • Prozac
  • Luvox
  • Wellbutrin SR or Wellbutrin XL
  • Zoloft

Now watch this controversial video:

The Best Antidepressant?

So I hope this video has opened your mind. Do Antidepressants really work in the first place? Or have we been fooled by the antidepressant maker's advertising so they can get our money?

I do not know. And I have to emphasize again, I don't side against their claims or the makers of antidepressants.

There have been people who were on antidepressants and noticed a big improvement in their condition.
There are also people who were on SEVERAL antidepressants but their condition was still the same.

Could the people on antidepressants who saw an improvement in their condition experienced a placebo effect?

Well, what IF the theory is true and antidepressant works?

There have been reports that people who were on antidepressants were more suicidal, more depressed, more violent, got into rage mode easier, etc.

There are also reports that most murderers or criminals are usually found to be on antidepressants.

Since this topic is still very controversial, let's stand at the neutral point. I will explain more again later.

What's The Best Anti-Anxiety Medication?

Here's a list of well-known anti-anxiety (Benzodiazepines) medications:

  • Ativan
  • Centrax
  • Dalmane
  • Klonopin
  • Halcion
  • Librium
  • Paxipram
  • Restoril
  • Serax
  • Tranxene
  • Valium
  • Xanax

True, anti-anxiety medication provides instant "relief" to your anxiety and panic attack problems.
But they are highly-addictive and your body CAN build up tolerance to it.
Once your body builds up tolerance to anti-anxiety medications, your doctor will increase the dosage level.
But if you continue taking it constantly, your body CAN build a tolerance to it again. And when that happens, your doctor will again increase the dosage level. The cycle will go on and on.
Without a doubt in future, your body will be unable to handle the high dosage levels and side-effects will occur.
You might fall into a coma, or even death.

Withdrawal symptoms are horrible too. Have a look at this video of this poor guy who was under Klonopin for many years. He stopped taking them and he experienced horrible, painful withdrawal symptoms.

In Conclusion

The Best Antidepressant?

It's always better not to take any antidepressants or anti-anxiety medications. There are always alternatives.

For Antidepressants, we do not know if the theory of antidepressant is true. It might, who knows? This is still a controversial issue, so it's better to stop taking antidepressants and get alternatives.

You can stop your panic attacks and anxiety problems with my book. My theory explains the cause of anxiety and panic attacks, and eliminates them effectively with the use of medications. My book also gives a list of alternatives to medications.
